ORDERING

Please read the descriptions of the products before you order. If you have not used a product before, you should order only one, or the smallest size we are selling.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept both credit and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discovery Card through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit or debit card this way, and you do not need to have one if you want to get a refund through PayPal.

Your billing and shipping addresses can be different, but the address on your credit or debit card must be the same as your billing address.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to orders from California residents. The sales tax will be at least 7.25%. You should be charged the actual sales tax. If you are charged less than your actual sales tax, you will owe the rest as use tax to the state of California.

SHIPPING POLICY

The orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or the U.S. Post Office by First Class or Priority Mail. Most orders should be received within 5 to 10 days. Please let us know if you have not received your order by then. We ship to all 50 states. There may sometimes be an additional shipping cost for larger orders to Alaska, Hawaii, the eastern states, and some of the southern and midwestern states. We will send you an email telling you the amount, which must be paid before the order is shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Please inspect all packages upon delivery, and keep all packing materials. If any of the merchandise is damaged or defective, the clothing you ordered does not fit, or if you receive the wrong item, please send us an e-mail immediately, telling us the details. We will send you an e-mail giving you the address to send it to. You will be given a refund through PayPal for the amount of the order. You must return the items shortly after you receive the e-mail from us. Only items in saleable condition will be accepted for return. All merchandise must be in their orginal packages. Clothing must be unwashed with tags intact, and be free of any odor, and food and tea packages must be unopened.

PRIVACY POLICY

When a customer places an order, we collect their name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and e-mail address. If the items are to be sent from a manufacturer or distributor, we give them the customer's name, street address, city, state, and zip code, so that they can send the order to the customer.

We do not collect or store the customers' credit and debit card numbers, because they will be paying through PayPal, where their credit and debit card numbers will be collected on PayPal's secure servers.

This web site uses cookies, small text files that store information on your hard drive, making your shopping experience more convenient by remembering your information from one page to another. They help us know which pages customers visit most often, so we can know what the customers are most interested in.

If you see any changes on our web site in how we can collect a customer's information, for example the ability to set up an account, this privacy policy will have been updated, and you should than go back to this page and read the changes.
